TRANSACTION HIGHLIGHTS
AgriLabs retained AgriCapital to advise it on its strategic options and to perform an overall business valuation analysis.
AgriCapital helped AgriLabs undertake an in-depth study of its options and approached a number of carefully selected companies. After a review of options, it was decided that the sale to Huvepharma, would be the superior course of action to undertake.
