Tom Tolman will be retiring as General Manager of Condor Seed Production, effective January 1, 2018.
We will miss Tom’s years of experience and talent, but happy to see Tom move on to spend more time with his family.
Tom Tolman will be replaced by Condor’s Sales Manager, Tom Prata.
Tom Prata has extensive experience in the seed business both with vegetable crops and field crops. After graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Agronomy and then serving in the US Peace Corps, Tom began his professional career in the seed business with Pioneer Hi-Bred International. While at Pioneer he served in various international operations, marketing and financial roles. Tom served as the Director of International Sales for Harris Moran and served on the Board of Directors for HM/Clause subsidiaries in South Africa, Argentina and Chile. Just prior to joining Condor, Tom was at Wilbur-Ellis, helping to build that company’s seed business across California and Arizona.
