Syngenta and DLF Seeds announced today that they have entered into a sale agreement in relation to the acquisition of Syngenta’s global Sugar Beet seeds business by DLF Seeds. The transaction is subject to customary approval requirements (including local employee consultation procedures) and expected to close by the end of the third quarter of 2017. Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

Syngenta veräussert Geschäftsbereich Zuckerrübensaatgut an DLF Seeds
Syngenta und DLF Seeds gaben heute den Abschluss eines Verkaufsvertrages und die Übernahme des globalen Geschäftsbereiches Zuckerrübensaatgut von Syngenta durch DLF Seeds bekannt. Die Transaktion, die die marktüblichen Genehmigungsprozesse durchlaufen muss (einschliesslich Arbeitnehmerkonsultationen), wird voraussichtlich Ende des dritten Quartals 2017 abgeschlossen sein. Die finanziellen Bedingungen der Transaktion werden nicht bekannt gegeben.

Syngenta s’apprête à céder l’activité des semences de betteraves sucrières à DLF Seeds
Syngenta et DLF Seeds ont annoncé aujourd’hui avoir conclu un accord de vente aux termes duquel DLF Seeds acquerra l’activité globale de semences de betteraves sucrières de Syngenta. La transaction est sujette aux exigences d'approbation habituelles (y compris les procédures locales de consultation des employés) et devrait être achevée d'ici la fin du troisième trimestre de 2017. Les conditions financières de la transaction n’ont pas été dévoilées.
