Clean Seed adds another talented member to its advisory team while exploring market opportunities in Australia

Barnaby, BC, Canada
March 6, 2017

The liberalized nature of the Australian grains industry places it in a favorable
position compared to many of its competitors due to significant investment in
improving productivity and uptake of more efficient production techniques.

The deregulation of the industry in 2008 prompted a period of change, seeing many local players consolidating and bigger international companies entering the market.

Clean Seed’s ongoing objective is to safeguard valued representation of our technology around the world as we continue to demonstrate and educate the farming community of the benefits of our award-winning technology. We believe in building awareness through active team member participation.

Michael Eyres is a respected soil systems engineer who strongly believes in the principals of the CX-6 SMART Seeder™ and will be a respected advocate of its benefits to the Australian and North/South American agricultural community.

Originally from a dryland cropping family farming operation in Western Australia, Michael has spent the last 16 years working with Australian farmers specifically in strategic soil management for improvement of plant productivity.

As Clean Seed expands its narrative and demonstration programs around the world, Michael Eyres brings a significant network of farmers, agronomists and equipment dealers that will contribute momentum.

"From being actively involved for many years in strategic soil management for precision agriculture, it is clear that the highly advanced sowing technologies offered by Clean Seed provide the soil to plant performance linkage we desperately need to progress agriculture to the next level. For Australian conditions in particular, the amazing technology behind the CX-6 Smart Seeder allows farmers to more effectively link soil fertility to moisture to management. I have no doubt that the Smart Seeder is in fact a game changer that will supercharge the way that sowing is done!" States Eyers.
