New Zealand - Final IHS for the import requirements for capsicum seeds for sowing

The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) has issued the final IHS: Seeds for sowing with the import requirements for capsicum seeds for sowing. The IHS, dated 9 October 2016, replaces the earlier version of the standard dated 2 March 2016.
