Phillip Ayres has joined Elsoms Seeds as Technical Seed Sales Manager, based at their head office in Spalding, Lincolnshire. Phillip joins Elsoms following three years as Brassica Seed Sales Specialist, and seven years as an Area Manager for Syngenta. In his new role within the seed treatment department, he will be liaising with the company’s customers in both a sales and advisory role.

Phillip has a post graduate diploma in crop protection from Harper Adams University, and is both BASIS and FACTS qualified. Phillip said” I am delighted to be joining an established and well respected company, who are at the forefront of seed treatment technology. I am keen to get involved with trial and experimental work, as well as meeting and supporting our established customers”.
