SIPA will be hosting a Technical Education Unit from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm on September 21, 2016 in Monterey, California at The Monterey Plaza Hotel on Cannery Row.
The Technical Education Unit will focus on enforcement of intellectual property rights and will include presentations on the:
- basics of IP enforcement,
- seed label enforcement by the State of California,
- ramifications of infringement of seed IP,
- maintaining confidentiality in an enforcement matter, and
- specific hurdles surrounding a seed enforcement matter.
