AgriCapital Corporation, New York, NY advised Brotherton Seed Company, Moses Lake, WA on the sale of its business to Suba Seeds, Budrio FC, Italy, a subsidiary of Paine + Partners, New York, NY.
TRANSACTION HIGHLIGHTS
Brotherton and its shareholders retained AgriCapital to advise them on their strategic options and to best position the company for future growth. AgriCapital helped Brotherton undertake an in-depth study of its options and approached a number of carefully selected companies which could help achieve its goals. After an in-depth review of alternatives, it was decided that the sale of the business to Suba Seeds/Paine + Partners was deemed to be the superior course of action to undertake.
