Technical working groups of UPOV, the ‘International Union for the protection of new plant varieties’ meet in June and July 2016. The guidelines of UPOV are used for DUS testing. 

The working groups discuss the revision of and a number of new UPOV guidelines.
A summary of the guidelines, which will be discussed.

You can give your input through your representative in the European Seed Association (ESA) or the International Seed Federation (ISF). In due time, you will find the meeting documents at the UPOV website.

UPOV vergadert over aanpassing UPOV-richtlijnen

In juni en juli 2016 vergaderen de technische werkgroepen van UPOV, de 'Internationale Unie voor de bescherming van nieuwe plantenrassen'. De richtlijnen van UPOV worden gebruikt voor het DUS-onderzoek.

De werkgroepen praten over onder andere de aanpassing van en een aantal nieuwe UPOV-richtlijnen.

Als u input heeft voor deze vergaderingen, kunt u deze via uw vertegenwoordiger in de European Seed Association (ESA) of  International Seed Federation (ISF) aanleveren. Vergaderstukken kunt u te zijner tijd inzien op de website van UPOV.
