Gerard Backx new chair of Breeders Trust N.V.

During the annual shareholders meeting of Breeders Trust, held on 13 October 2015 in Vienna, Mr. G.J.F. Backx (Joure) was elected as the new chair of the Board of Breeders Trust.
Gerard Backs was elected for a period of 6 years and takes over the chair’s gavel from Jörg Renatus (managing director Europlant Pflanzenzucht GmbH).
Mr. Backx has been, as CEO of HZPC Holland B.V. in Joure, involved with Breeders Trust from its start and clearly sees the benefits.
The fact that Breeders Trust gives information about what may and may not be done lawfully and also takes legal steps if necessary, makes it an effective organisation for many in the potatoes and grass seeds chains.
