GroGenesis, Inc. meets with Cuban government officials and is invited to exhibit at upcoming trade fair in Havana

Springville, Tennessee, USA
September 24, 2015

GroGenesis, Inc., (OTCQB: GROG) ("GroGenesis" or the "Company"), rights holder, developer and manufacturer of innovative agricultural enhancement products marketed under the trade names "AgraBurst" and "AgraBlast," is pleased to advise that meetings were held in August with Cuban Trade Officials with additional meetings planned for November.

Company representatives met with City of Camagüey Chamber of Commerce representatives on August 20th 2015. The purpose of the meeting was to open dialogue and identify an opportunity to develop a strategic alliance with the agricultural arm of the Government of Cuba. The meeting clearly identified the existence of an opportunity for GroGenesis to work in conjunction with the Cuban Government towards building a program to aid in providing sustainable agricultural practices. The thrust of the conversation was principally focused on increasing the production of food crops in addition to enhancing the overall nutritional value of the food sources. During the meeting the Company presented the following key points regarding its products;

AgraBlast

  • Is environmentally safe,
  • Is a general fungicide and pesticide,
  • Prevents & control the spread of pathogenic microbes,
  • Is effective against many soft bodied pests.

AgraBurst®

  •  Is a plant growth enhancer,
  •  Is used with all crops to increase yield,
  •  Help crops to recover after stress induced events,
  •  Produces a bigger, healthier plant,
  •  There are no known hazards associated with this product.

The meetings were positive and informative, and as a result the Company has been invited by the Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment to participate in the 33rd edition of the Havana International Fair (FIHAV), to be held on November 2-7 at ExpoCuba fairground in Havana, Cuba.

FIHAV is a well-established multi-sector trade fair encompassing raw materials, foodstuffs, textiles, consumer goods, machinery, equipment, technology and services that has taken place annually since 1983. It is the most important general trade fair in Cuba and the Caribbean with approximately 4,500 national and foreign exhibitors from over 60 countries, and is expected to receive 150,000 visitors including the participation of important foreign official and business delegations.

Recently appointed Company COO, Mr. Tyler Mackay states, "We have been focusing on many parts of the Latin American and Caribbean basin for some time now, as the production of key cash crops also suffers from well documented agricultural challenges. The opportunity to meet with representatives from Cuba seemed an ideal opportunity to introduce our product to a marketplace that appears set to boom in the near future. We are delighted to have this opportunity and believe it holds great potential for us."
