The anticipated winter barley recommended list was released from the department of agriculture on 22nd September at the National Ploughing Championships. 

Hyvido Volume has topped this list yet again with yields of 109. Hyvido Quadra was positioned on the provisionally recommended list after yields of 110 were recorded. Quadra is the new Hyvido variety that has excellent straw and strong desirable grain quality characteristics.
