Import tolerance testing for agrochemical pesticides required by U.S. EPA and European Union

Analytical Bio-Chemistry Laboratories, Inc., (ABC) of Columbia, Missouri announced today a new business alliance with Pan American Research & Development, LLC (PAR&D) of Madison, Florida. The alliance enhances ABC Laboratories' capabilities in the area of import tolerance and strengthens ABC’s position as a premier provider in the area of pesticide residue chemistry services to the agrochemical industry. Import tolerance studies are required by US EPA and European Union to establish the tolerance for pesticide chemical residues on some imported commodities from Latin America and other countries. PAR&D provides design, implementation and management of field trials in the Caribbean, Mexico and in Central and South America, while ABC provides analysis of chemical residue on the imported agricultural commodities.
