AVRDC article on Naktuinbouw's plant breeders' rights training in Tanzania

The World Vegetable Center (AVRDC) wrote an article in its latest newsletter on the Plant Breeders' Rights training in Tanzania. The training took place from 20-30 April. Naktuinbouw organized the training and UPOV financed the training.
