Munson Hybrids adds District Sales Manager in Illinois

Galesburg, Illinois, USA
March 2, 2015

Munson Hybrids announced the addition of a new District Sales Manager aimed at supporting its growing footprint, as well as enhancing service and support in Illinois. Tommy Fehlhafer began his Munson career on February 25, 2015 and will be servicing the Princeton, Illinois area.

Tommy Fehlhafer spent 33½ years with the FS system in Iowa and Illinois, with his last 4 years as Logistics and Product Manager at the Hennepin terminal.  Tommy is enthusiastic to begin a new career at Munson Hybrids. “The hybrids Munson brings to the farmer are incredibly competitive–at the top of the trials–and I like the challenge of starting from scratch in a brand new territory for Munson,” according to Fehlhafer. “I get the opportunity to introduce high performing Munson seed to farmers in Bureau, Lee, Marshall and Putnam counties in Illinois.”

“This is an exciting time for Munson.  We continue to invest in experienced and knowledgeable personnel to bring personalized and localized seed selection to farmers,” said Cliff Lane, Director of Sales Advancement.  “We are thrilled to have Tommy’s talent and commitment to agriculture to ensure the farmer is offered the best seed for success.”
