Seedway® was awarded the Pennsylvania Certified Organic (PCO) “Staff’s Choice Award” at the recent Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA) conference held at State College, PA.
The award was presented “for the promotion of organic agriculture, agricultural research and support of new farmers”. Jim Cicalese, vegetable seed sales representative for PA-NJ and Debra Deis, product development specialist, accepted the award on behalf of the Company. Debra was named to the PCO advisory board, responsible for leadership of the marketing committee. PCO is the primary organic certification organization in Pennsylvania with a growing number of clients in adjacent states.
