Experts from Crop Research Institute of Hainan Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Hunan Hybrid Rice Research Center, Hunan Crop Seed South Breeding Center, Sanya South Breeding Science and Technology Academy monitored yield of two-line hybrid rice Longliangyou 1813 bred by LPHT in the demonstration field of Town of Jiyang, Sanya City, Hainan Province. 

Experts investigated 10 Dou Wo effective ear, figuring out theoretically the yield of 1081.8 kg per mu in randomly selected five sites. When artificial harvesting is adopted, the standard dry valley yields 937.9 kg per mu. Experts said that Longliangyou 1813 is featured by balanced field growth, prolifical growth, thick stem, good plant type, seed rate, Lase good, large panicles, less pests and diseases, excellent comprehensive properties, high yield and great potential, is worthy of being promoted.
