Dairyland Seed announces the launch of its newly redesigned website, www.dairylandseed.com, which provides producers and industry professionals with enhanced access to the latest information regarding Dairyland Seed products, plot reports, yield performance data and agricultural research. The website has also been optimized for accessibility and quick navigation on mobile devices, such as smart phones or tablets.
“Our new website enables producers to quickly and easily find the Dairyland Seed information they need,” says TJ Strachota, Communications Leader for Dairyland Seed. “The website is also arranged by crop—corn, soybeans, alfalfa and silage—creating a streamlined user experience. It serves as a great resource to view plot reports, which show how a given product performed, its yields and other measurable results.”
New features of the renovated website include:
- Google Maps-integrated plot reports
- Website content arranged by crop
- Mobile and tablet-friendly interface
The website’s redesigned plot reports provide producers with in-depth product information in a map format, allowing them to view reports by geographic location. Producers can also enter a ZIP code or city to view product performance comparisons, which includes yield ranks, average yield, dollar value per acre and more. These reports give producers access to valuable crop research, helping them evaluate seed performance and determine which individual product best suits their needs.
Through this redesign, the Dairyland Seed website is now mobile and tablet-friendly. Whether viewed on a desktop, smartphone or tablet, the website’s new design gives viewers additional speed and ease of navigation, regardless of their location. “Producers can be at home or in the field and still have access to the information they need,” explains Strachota. “This is more important than ever as producers and dealers are constantly on the go.”
Coinciding with the launch of their redesigned website, Dairyland Seed now is also active on popular social media platforms. To better connect with producers and allied industry professionals, Dairyland Seed will use Facebook and Twitter to engage with customers and help them stay current on crop information.
