As part of the expansion of Elsoms Seeds Agricultural Business, Heather Ayre has joined the business as Agricultural Seed Sales Specialist. Heather has a degree in Business Management and has developed a successful career in Agribusiness with Dalmark and Openfield.

Working alongside Director, Bob Miles, Sales Manager, Adrian Hayler and Plant Breeders, Mark Nightingale and Stephen Smith, Heather will play a key role in the resurgence of Elsoms agricultural business which has seen a number of high profile changes over the last year. In 2013 Elsoms were appointed UK marketing agent for European Breeder, Saaten Union and also announced the formation of a joint venture wheat breeding programme, Elsoms Wheat Ltd, with German plant breeder Nordsaat and French Hybrid wheat specialist, Saaten Union Recherché. Elsoms Oilseed Rape variety, Trinity, again achieved outstanding results in trials in 2013 and was fully recommended by the HGCA for the East West region.
