Nunhem, The Netherlands
January 18, 2010
Nunhems has re-launched its global web portal www.nunhems.com. The revised site offers a wider range of information on Nunhems’ activities, products, services and career opportunities. In addition to compact global company news and data, the pages provide extensive information on regional and country assortment, events and crop-specific contacts.
The new design supports and continues to build on Nunhems’ commitment to be “the global specialist” in vegetable seeds – a supplier of high-quality products, global expertise and personalized local service. “Online media are just another way for us to be close to our customers and business partners. With Nunhems’ new web portal, we provide comprehensive and up-to-date information to people around the world – regardless of physical distance and time,” said Douwe Zijp, Nunhems’ CEO.
Initially, Nunhems has launched a corporate site and sites for North-West Europe and USA/ Canada, all in English language. In the future, the portal will be gradually extended to include more than ten additional country and language sites.
The launch of the new web portal is part of a larger redesigning project at Nunhems. Dynamic growth and an expanding geographic reach have entailed new processes and structures to provide customers with even better products and more efficient and specialized services. The change is mirrored in a fresh new design that combines the traditional Nunhems orange with elements of green.
This new design has been applied in Nunhems print and brochure material since January 2009 and is included in the face of the new web portal. Nunhems global packaging will follow with the new design in 2010.
