Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings, LLC (“Pinnacle”) has successfully acquired Frontier Chemical, LLC (“Frontier Chemical”). Frontier Chemical will operate as part of Pinnacle's Providence Agriculture brand ("Providence"). Headquartered in Beattie, Kansas, Frontier Chemical was formed in 2007 providing crop protection chemicals for area growers. In 2011, a second Frontier Chemical location was opened in Troy, Kansas. Today, the business has grown tenfold from its original volume, as both locations continue to provide a full line of chemical products, as well as select seed products.
Former owner, Travis Stuke, said, “Other than new branding, we anticipate this transition to be seamless for our customers. We view this union as mutually beneficial. We are confident that our customers and employees will benefit from the additional resources and tools that Providence brings. The Beattie location will continue to be managed by Travis Stuke, and will remain located at 1160 24th Road, Beattie, Kansas 66406. Jed Johnson will continue to manage the Troy location which will remain located at 1266 Last Chance Road, Troy, Kansas 66087. The current employees of Frontier Chemical will retain their positions under the new ownership.
