Lyle Marcus joins NorthStar Genetics as Product Manager for corn and soybeans

NorthStar Genetics announces that Lyle Marcus has joined NorthStar as its Product Manager for both corn and soybeans, effective November 1, 2013.
“Lyle has a very complete background of both sales and production,” said Dan Hogstad, CEO of NorthStar Genetics. “His 25+ years of seed experience has given him incredible insights into managing a seed portfolio as we move forward and continue our outstanding growth,” said Hogstad.
“I’m really pleased to join NorthStar Genetics as it continues as the largest privately-owned seed company in Minnesota,” said Marcus. “Family-owned businesses in the seed industry are becoming hard to find…and I’m pleased to join one as successful as NorthStar.”
Marcus will continue to live in Olivia, and support NorthStar Genetics sales throughout the upper Midwest.
