In January 2012 we informed you about the appointment of Henk van Wielink as Managing Director ad interim.

After a 2 year period Seed Processing Holland (SPH) “Specialist in providing vegetable and flower seed companies with high quality and safe seed processing equipment and installations which create added value to seeds and the process efficiency” is now ready for the next step into a new phase in its existence.

A new direction team has been appointed, consisting of: Arjan Kunst as General Managing Director and Jack Boon as Financial Director. Both are working with the company for over 2 decades and have importantly contributed to the development and the success of SPH. Henk van Wielink will remain connected to the company as Supervisory Board member.

In the last 2 years important and crucial business decisions and changes have been implemented, which enables the company to grow further in a long lasting future in developing and supplying state of the art and pioneering machinery for the seed industry in all important continents in the world.

Focus has been established on strategic goals regarding: product development, market choices, process improvement, quality optimization and customer approach and satisfaction. This entire process has lead to an ISO9001 certification. An important consequence is a growth in the sales force in The Netherlands and later in other important markets.

With the implementation of this business approach and the new structure, SPH is prepared for a successful long lasting future!
