De Sangosse Group creates joint venture with Argentine partner Rizobacter Argentina SA

We have just created a company hold at 50/50 with our Argentine partner.
SYNERTECH has for objective to share means and knowledge to develop solutions of Bio Control and/or of Bio Fertilization.
Cédric CABANES is the President of this young company.
RIZOBACTER possesses know-how in the market of microorganisms thanks to its leader's position by inoculating soya in South America.
SYNERTECH, the new company, will carry R&D projects, patents and will realize the technical development.
RIZOBACTER and the DE SANGOSSE Group will be in charge of the homogeneity of the marketing of the finalized products.
We are currently launching the first product stemming from the SYNERTECH search in Brazil. Others will soon arrive.
