Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings, LLC (“Pinnacle”), through its subsidiary Jimmy Sanders Incorporated (“Sanders”), has acquired the assets of Freeman & Son Seed Company (“Freeman”). Located in Sudlersville, Maryland, Freeman was founded in 2006 by Steve Freeman. Freeman is a full service ag retail business currently providing quality seed and crop protection products to growers throughout the highly productive Delmarva peninsula.
