For many years SPH manufactures seed belt graders / sorters. We offer these machines for different capacities with one, two or three belts/levels. This technique is used to separate the flat seeds, chaff and sticks. Especially this process is used a lot to clean round shaped seeds as beets, spinach, cabbage and some herbs.

Standard the angle of inclination of the belt can be adjusted manually via a spindle at the back side of the machine. You can set the angle of inclination between the 10° en 35°. With this new option the angle of inclination is electrically adjustable via a remote control. The advantage is that you can stand in front of the machine and visually inspect and adjust the process easily during operation.
We offer you this option at our new belt graders.
