Following our earlier newsletter of January this year, we are proud to introduce our new generation dryers.

The last 6 months our engineering department, in cooperation with our professional expert in drying techniques, has developed an generation of dryers. These new dryers are spectacularly improved in many ways and offer the best possible drying process combined with an ease of use. The system also meets all the safety- and environmental requirements. In the past period we delivered already 7 dryers, 3 laboratory dryers and 1 box drying installation.

With this new generation dryers we distinguish ourselves from all other existing drying systems in order to offer the highest possible quality.

Below are the most important improvements of the dryer, type 3200.12.00, with respect to the previous version:

1. Suitable for drying of seed or pellets with conditioned air.
2. Standard a higher dehumidification capacity (17,9 liter per hour at 28 °C en RH 80%)
3. Standard 40% more compressor capacity. Drying capacity is continuously variable between 0 and 100%, causing that hardly any temperature and RH fluctuation takes place.
4. Drying is possible at every desired temperature between 20°C en 40°C.
5. An improved temperature adjustment and more heating capacity.
6. Extended different possibilities for drying (3 possibilities, see further down)
7. Standard HMI Touch screen. Optional control program through the PC (Reliance) with the possibility of making recipes.
8. A closed and dust free recirculating system.
9. Energy efficient system (EC motors and heat pump technique)
10. Standard suitable for installation in a high ambient temperature (max. 40°C)
11. Standard provided with 2 windows in the door.
12. Standard provided with signal lights and acoustic signal.
13. More accurate control of moisture capacity and temperature (PT 1000 sensors)
14. Better efficient air distribution through improved air canals.
15. Smoother walls for easy and thorough cleaning.
16. Standard provided with a hinged dust filter and a filter for the evaporator. The installation meets the applicable CE standards (i.a. PED, safety relays etc.)
17. The installation is designed to reduce the maintenance- and service cost to a minimum.
18. Standard equipped with PLC for Ethernet access to provide remotely support via internet (LAN). If it is not possible to provide 2 free IP addresses, than there is the possibility to approach the conditioned dryer through a GSM modem. A SIM card is required.

Capacity: (indication, depending of crop and humidity percentage etc.)

• 10 - 150 Kg seed per batch
• ± max 2,5 million of seed pellets ( ± 120 liter) per batch

The seed dryer is equipped for choosing 3 different drying possibilities:

1. Drying in program phases (period of time free adjustable) (1-20 steps).
2. Drying followed by conditioning.
3. Humidity deficit (*This means that the operator can define in steps, what percent moisture in time should be abstracted out of the product (seed pellet or seed). With this drying possibility you can control the drying capacity between 0 – 100% and so define, in a controlled way, the drying speed of small and large seed lots)

The following drying carriers are as an option available:

1. Drying with rotated drums (for seeds, different drum volume possibilities)
2. Fluid bed with a drying box (available for incrusted seeds and/ or pellet seeds)
