Bayer CropScience Canada grows its ‘L Series’ line-up with two new InVigor hybrids

Calgary, Alberta, Canada
November 2, 2011

Bayer CropScience continues to expand its successful ‘L Series’ line-up, introducing two more InVigor® canola hybrids for the 2012 growing season. The company’s latest innovations include: InVigor L154 and InVigor L159 two mid-maturing hybrids with exceptional yield potential and suitable for all growing zones.

“We launched our ‘L Series’ line-up with great success in 2011, and released InVigor L120 and InVigor L135C earlier this fall,” says Blaine Woycheshin, Manager, Oilseed Crops – InVigor Seed for Bayer CropScience. “The introduction of InVigor L154 and InVigor L159 provides growers with even more opportunity to maximize returns and minimize risk this season.”

“We are known for our high performing InVigor hybrids and the launch of InVigor L154 and InVigor L159 only strengthens our ‘L Series’ line-up by bringing new innovations to the market,” says Woycheshin. “Further, with the launch of these two new hybrids plus InVigor L150, Bayer CropScience now has three hybrids that yield 140% and over of the average of the checks.”

The new InVigor L154 will be available exclusively from independent InterAg retailers. Viterra is the exclusive supplier of InVigor L159. Both hybrids are available in very limited quantities this fall.
