inotec Engineering GmbH acquires Haldrup a/s, manufacturer of customized harvesting machines for field research

After many years of successful leadership Mr Haldrup has sold the company Haldrup a/s to inotec engineering GmbH, in September 2008.

Mr Haldrup has thanks to his commitment and strong will produced customized harvesting machines, which has turned J. Haldrup a/s into one of the major actors in the field research market.

Mr Haldrup will stay in the company giving inputs to the development department, the production and will stay in close relationship with the customers.

inotec Engineering GmbH is a specialist of field research seeders with 10 years of experience and machines all over Europe. The harvesting and seeding technology of the inotec group will now be hosted under the brand name Haldrup.

With nearly 20 years of experience first at Hege as combine production manager and from 1999 until now, Director of the company inotec Engineering GmbH, Mr Bernd Kettemann has now become the new General Manager of J. Haldrup a/s.

Using the synergy of the two companies Haldrup’s goal is to become a worldwide partner in the field research. Løgstør in Denmark for northern Europe and Ilshofen in Germany for central Europe are our two production, service and spare part centres. In a few months we hope to start a new service and spare part centre in France.
To respond to the needs of the market some new machines are also planned.
But you will hear more about these projects in the next months.

On the move means also that we stay customer oriented and focused on improving with our strengths, quality and flexibility.
The Haldrup team is looking forward to continuing working with you.
