Golden Acres Genetics, Ltd. and Syngenta Seeds, Inc. have reached an agreement resulting in the transfer of Syngenta’s sorghum inventory which includes grain sorghum, forage sorghum and sorghum sudan hybrids currently marketed by Syngenta’s Garst®, Golden Harvest® and NK® brands.
The agreement “means we’ll expand our sorghum portfolio and continue to make these products available to growers across the U.S.,” said Lou Buice, President of Golden Acres. “This will allow us to offer a broader line of high performing hybrids to growers – not only across our Southern market area, but everywhere sorghum is grown.”
