Syngenta Seeds signs agreement with Golden Acres Genetics, Ltd. to transfer sorghum seed inventory

- Syngenta will transfer all existing Syngenta sorghum seed inventory to Golden Acres Genetics, Ltd. effective June 3, 2011
- Syngenta remains fully focused on products and technology platforms in core crops
Syngenta in North America today announced an agreement with Golden Acres Genetics, Ltd., Waco, Tex., to transfer all existing Syngenta sorghum seed inventory to Golden Acres effective as of June 3, 2011. The agreement covers all Syngenta sorghum hybrids, including forage, grain and sudangrass products.
