Dear valued partners, dealers, customers of American Takii,

We are proud to announce the appointment of Greg Hardison as General Manager of American Takii.

Greg has over 25 years of experience working in agriculture. Throughout his career he has been motivated to find innovative yet practical solutions for customers and the employees he serves. His professional passion is developing others and leveraging individual strengths to build strong teams.

Following the unexpected loss of Steve Wiley, CEO in July, Greg stepped into the role of Interim General Manager and led American Takii with professionalism and determination. Throughout this period, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and commitment to our company.

He has successfully guided our team through a period of transition while maintaining a strong focus on our people, customers, and operations.

As he officially assumes the position of General Manager, we are excited to support him as he leads our company with integrity, grit, service, and authenticity – our core values. Those same values will guide his work with you, strengthening our partnerships and supporting your continued success.

Please join me in congratulating Greg on this well-earned achievement and wishing him continued success.

Sincerely,
Takahiro Ando
Vice President, Takii Japan
