Co-creation with customers

The renewed facilities expand Incotec's research, testing and customer collaboration capabilities, providing a hub where customers can work directly with Incotec experts to develop and optimise seed enhancement solutions. Thomas Riermeier: “By investing in our capabilities in Brazil, we are strengthening our ability to help customers innovate and improve seed performance. Together, these advances support a more productive and sustainable agricultural industry, aligned with Croda's purpose of Smart Science to Improve Lives.

Bruno Hoeltgebaum – Neto: “We reinforce our commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and—above all—a strong customer‑centric approach so that we can anticipate and serve the evolving demands of the industry. The renewed laboratories are designed to bring customers – literally - closer to Incotec’s technologies and expertise. They can see first-hand how seed enhancement technologies are developed, tested and applied. The facilities will also support practical workshops and hands-on customer support, helping them get the best possible performance from Incotec products.”

The new labs bring together three core units: the Application Laboratory, the Seeds and Plants Laboratory, and the Biolab. Each laboratory will focus on developing high‑value technologies and practical applications that respond directly to market expectations
