Decision on the selection of the members of the CPVO Board of Appeal

At its meeting on 14 April 2026, the Administrative Council of the CPVO adopted the new list of qualified members of the CPVO Board of Appeal: 16 qualified members.
This list will be valid for 5 years as from 14 April 2026.
The document signed by the Chairperson of the Administrative Council is enclosed and the information has been posted on the CPVO website.
