(“Clean Seed” or the “Company”) is excited to announce the signing of a definitive sales and distribution agreement with Maquinaria Agricola JAS (MAJAS), a leading manufacturer based in Mexico, for the continued International commercialization of the company’s SMART Seeder MINI-MAX™ technology.
MAJAS has built a reputation in the Mexican agricultural sector for developing customized, innovative solutions that enhance farm productivity and promote sustainable farming practices. Their extensive distribution network of over 500 dealers makes them a trusted partner for farmers seeking advanced technologies to increase yields and improve the quality of their crops.
Through this strategic agreement, Clean Seed will collaborate with MAJAS to introduce the SMART Seeder MINI-MAX™ to the Mexican market. The MINI-MAX™ units will be manufactured by Clean Seed's white-label production partner, Mahindra and Mahindra, in India. This partnership not only marks a key milestone in Clean Seed’s international expansion but also positions the Company to accelerate its global sales initiatives.
