Registration is open for the UC Davis R&D Leadership Academy (LEAD 2) module March 18-21, 2024 in Almeria, Spain.
The LEAD 2 module will support participants in finding ways to build the most productive teams by combining the diverse qualities of their teams.
In the module, participants will crack the code of human behavior and demonstrate that human behavior is not something intangible, unpredictable, or unmanageable, but in fact something logical, predictable, and highly manageable.
