GCIS Chile, SpA, a company owned by Gowan Comércio Internacional e Serviços, Limitada (GCIS) announces the acquisition of a majority share in Agro Technology, S.A. (AGT) located in Santiago, Chile. The investment brings together two respected companies in the agricultural market and will help to expand GCIS’s presence in the South American crop protection markets.

The existing management at AGT will continue operating AGT and serving its customers in Chile.
