Voor het in behandeling kunnen nemen van aanvragen voor toelating en/of kwekersrecht in Nederland is het noodzakelijk dat de informatie op de technische vragenlijst compleet en correct is ingevuld.

Met compleet ingevulde technische vragenlijsten kan afdeling Rassenonderzoek goed nagaan welke vergelijkende rassen opgenomen moeten worden in het DUS-onderzoek.
Als de informatie over b.v. verplichte ziektes onvolledig is, kan de Raad voor plantenrassen de aanvraag niet in behandeling nemen.
In het geval dat de aanvrager geen informatie heeft over de verplichte ziektes, is het mogelijk dat Naktuinbouw de resistentietoetsen uitvoert op een door de aanvrager ingestuurd dienstverleningsmonster.
Voor deze dienstverlening brengt Naktuinbouw de tarieven in rekening volgens de tarievenlijst van Rassenonderzoek, onderdeel resistentietoetsen.

To be able to process applications for listing and/or plant breeders' rights in the Netherlands, it is necessary that the information on the technical quistionnaire is complete and correctly filled in.

Completely filled in technical questionnaires enable the Variety Testing Department to verify which comparing varieties should be included in the DUS examination. If the information on e.g. obligatory diseases is incomplete, the Board for plant varieties cannot process the application.
In the event that the applicant does not have information about the obligatory diseases, it is possible that Naktuinbouw will perform the resistance tests on a sample submitted by the applicant.

The result from this test can then be used by the applicant to complete the technical questionnaire accompanying the application.
