Kale belongs to Brassica oleracea convar. acephala and is (again) subject to registration in the Netherlands. The crop 'kale' in the EU Common Catalogue only concerns 'kale' and not the other kales.

• Deadline for submitting identity material: 15 May
• Amount of material to be submitted: 14,000 seeds

Het gewas 'kale' valt onder Brassica oleracea convar. acephala en is (weer) registratieplichtig in Nederland. Het gaat hier volgens de EU Common Catalogue alleen om ‘boerenkool’ en niet om de andere kales.

Houdt u bij het indienen van aanvragen voor toelating en/of kwekersrechtverlening in Nederland rekening met deze inlevereisen:

• Uiterste aanvraagdatum: 1 mei
• Uiterste inleverdatum voor het materiaal: 15 mei
• Hoeveelheid materiaal in te sturen: 14.000 zaden
