Naktuinbouw is the centre of expertise and leading organisation for variety testing, inspections of plant material and testing for the presence of pests and diseases. Thanks to this unique combination of skills, entrepreneurs in the horticultural sector can trade their plant material worldwide. In our new company film we explain how we do that.
Dutch horticulture leads the world. The Netherlands enjoys a national and international reputation for the quality of its seed and plant material. Dutch growers and breeders create new varieties and provide reliable, healthy propagating material such as seeds, cuttings and young plants. We test varieties, perform inspections of seed and plant material and test material for pests and diseases so that entrepreneurs in the horticultural sector can trade their plant material worldwide. Together with national and international companies, organisations and governments we share our knowledge and expertise to promote learning and innovation. Providing the horticultural sector all over the world with good, healthy and reliable, high-quality propagating material and suitable varieties. That is what we stand for!

Wat doet Naktuinbouw
Naktuinbouw is dé organisatie voor het onderzoeken van rassen, het keuren van teeltmateriaal en het toetsen op ziekten en plagen. Vanuit deze unieke samenstelling kunnen Nederlandse tuinbouwondernemers hun plantmateriaal over de hele wereld verhandelen. In onze nieuwe bedrijfsfilm leggen we uit hoe we dat doen.
Nederlandse tuinbouw staat wereldwijd aan de top. Binnen- en buitenland roemt ons land om de kwaliteit van het zaad- en plantmateriaal. Tuinbouwondernemers zorgen voor nieuwe rassen en voor betrouwbaar en gezond teeltmateriaal zoals zaden, stekken en jonge planten. Wij onderzoeken rassen, keuren en inspecteren zaad- en plantmateriaal en toetsen op ziekten en plagen. Hierdoor kunnen de tuinbouwondernemers hun plantmateriaal over de hele wereld verhandelen. Samen met bedrijven, organisaties en overheden - nationaal en internationaal - delen wij kennis om te leren en innoveren.
Goed, gezond en betrouwbaar teeltmateriaal van hoge kwaliteit en geschikte rassen voor tuinbouwondernemers waar ook ter wereld. Daar gaan wij voor!
