At Vilmorin-Mikado, we believe it is important to understand and anticipate consumer eating habits.
As everything else, tastes and consumer trends evolve over time! And we want to know these changes about leafy.
So we work directly with end consumers. To achieve this, we conducted a qualitative study in early 2022 using focus groups. The results will enable us to offer growers seeds that better meet consumer tastes. We will keep on conducting similar studies in different countries.️
