Vanaf 1 juli 2022 stoppen we met het vragen van aanvullingen van toetsmateriaal. We gaan voortaan toetsen op het aantal bladeren / zaden dat u aanlevert. Het is daarom belangrijk dat u voldoende materiaal aanlevert.
Wie levert de monsters aan?
Bij wettelijke monsters neemt Naktuinbouw het monster en toetst ons laboratorium het materiaal. Hierbij geldt het resultaat voor de partij. Bij dienstverlening neemt de klant het monster en toetst Naktuinbouw het monster. De juiste kwaliteit en kwantiteit van het monster voor dienstverlening is een verantwoordelijkheid van de klant.

Aanleveren van te weinig monstermateriaal
Naktuinbouw Laboratoria heeft een uitgebreid portfolio met veel gewassen. Wij doen er alles aan om onze dienstverlening voorspoedig te laten verlopen. Het komt echter vaak voor dat klanten te weinig monstermateriaal aanleveren. Het aanvullen van monstermateriaal voor toetsingen is een tijdrovend, verstorend en foutgevoelig proces.
Hoe vaak werd te weinig monstermateriaal aangeleverd?
- In 2019 ging het om 66 klanten en 176 monsters.
- In 2020 ging het om 62 klanten en 414 monsters.
- In 2021 ging het om 39 klanten en 642 monsters.
In de helft van de gevallen werd er een aanvulling geleverd. En in de andere helft was dat niet mogelijk of nodig. Dit kostte veel extra tijd en werk.
Snellere resultaten en kortere doorlooptijd
Vanaf 1 juli stoppen wij daarom met het vragen van aanvullingen van toetsmateriaal. Door met de aanvragen te stoppen, heeft u als klant de resultaten eerder en verkorten we de doorlooptijden van de toetsen.
Naktuinbouw is going to stop asking for supplements sample materials
As of July 1 2022, we will stop asking for supplements. We will test the number of leaves / seeds you supply. It is therefore important that you supply sufficient sample material.
Who delivers the samples?
For legal samples, Naktuinbouw takes the sample and our laboratory tests the material. The result applies to the batch/lot. In the case of services, the customer takes the sample and Naktuinbouw tests the sample. The correct quality and quantity of the sample for service is the responsibility of the customer.

Supplying not enough sample material
Naktuinbouw Laboratoria has an extensive testing portfolio for many crops. We do everything we can to ensure that our services run smoothly. However, it often happens that customers do not supply enough sample material. Supplement requesting sample material for testing is a time-consuming, disruptive and error-prone process.
How often was not enough sample material supplied?
- In 2019, there were 66 customers and 176 samples for supplement requesting.

In 50 percent of the cases, a supplement was provided. In the other 50 percent, this was not possible or necessary. This took a lot of extra time and work, causing a delay in turnaround times.
