AgriPlex Genomics and IRRI have collaborated to update the 1k-RiCA custom SNP Panel for indica rice. The  V.4 panel implemented at AgriPlex provides an excellent, cost-effective alternative for applications requiring a moderate to high sample throughput at modest SNP density.
