Naktuinbouw's Plant Breeders' Rights training course this year in the autumn
The Netherlands
April 4, 2022
For years, the Plant Breeders' Rights training course has taken place in June. This year, however, we are organizing this training in the autumn and, just like last year, entirely online. The start is on October 3, 2022.

In 2021, 41 students followed our international Plant Breeders' Rights training course. Because the training was given online, the group was larger than ever. This indicates that the demand for a good Plant Breeders' Rights system is high in other countries.
Plant Breeders' Rights system is central
The programme focuses on the implementation of the Plant Breeders' Rights system, based on the UPOV principles. The participants all work in the field of Plant Breeders' Rights. For nine weeks they share ideas and experiences and networks with colleagues from all over the world. They start each week with a joint online kick-off, after which an online masterclass follows depending on the subject.
