Tijdens het aanmeldersoverleg van de Raad voor plantenrassen van 2 september jl. werd de vraag gesteld hoe de Raad omgaat met aanvragen voor herregistratie die buiten de uiterste aanmeldtermijn van 31 december 2021 worden ontvangen.
Met dit bericht laat de secretaris van de Raad u weten dat de Raad zich zal houden aan de wettelijke termijn van 31 december 2021. Aanvragen voor herregistratie die buiten deze termijn worden ontvangen worden niet meer in behandeling genomen en gaan de schrappingsprocedure in.

Closing date for prolongation of registration
In the meeting of the (Dutch) Board for Plant Varieties with its applicants on 2 September 2021, the question was raised how the Board will deal with applications for prolongation of registration that are received after the closing date of 31 December 2021.
By this message the Secretary of the Board informs you that the Board will strictly keep the legal closing date of 31 December 2021. Applications for prolongation of registration that are received after this closing date will not be processed and will enter the ‘varieties to be deleted’ procedure.
