We are happy to announce that an on-site ISTA audit will be performed at the beginning of September 2021, in Europe. This will be the first physical audit executed since the end of 2020.

The last audit performed with on-site assessment was in November 2020, in Romania.
Furthermore, in November, ISTA auditors performed a partially remote audit (system part on-site and remote for the technical part). Since December 2020, with the approval of the ECOM-Accreditation Working Group, all audits have been completely remote.
 
For the way forward, we plan and hope for more and more on-site audits. For the destinations where travel restrictions are still applicable, we will continue performing remote audits
