Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. (“Clean Seed” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: CSX) is pleased to announce that it has applied to OTC Markets Group Inc. to have its common shares traded on the OTCQB Venture Market. Concurrently the Company will be submitting its related applications to DTC and to FINRA.
Graeme Lempriere, Chief Executive Officer, states “As we prepare to execute on our 2021 launch strategy for the U.S. by showcasing our technology at two of the largest agricultural trade shows in the U.S., FARM PROGRESS SHOW in Decatur, IL from August 31 - September 2, and BIG IRON FARM SHOW in Fargo, ND from September 13 - 16, we feel it is also time to help represent our current U.S. shareholder base by seeking to have our company’s common shares tradable on the OTCQB Venture Market. This will assure better visibility and liquidity within the U.S. investment community. In addition to the farm technology and equipment shows, Clean Seed will also be engaging with U.S. producers and dealers with winter canola and winter wheat seeding demonstrations under the “Meet MAX™ Field Viewing Program” scheduled for Montana, North Dakota and Nevada.
