This is for the development of an end-to-end Plant Variety Protection Platform which is a suite of features and functionalities that is aimed at allowing its target users gain accessibility to various services that will be offered by the PVP Country office in Nigeria. The Identified features include the PVP Application System, PVP Academy, PVP E-Learning Centre, Crop identifier & Varietal Descriptor System, and PVP Intelligence Tools.
