Sakata brassica varieties showcased at field days in Greece

Karvelas organized this field day in the village of Palaifyto (Pella area, north Greece), with the support of Sakata, to present our brassica commercial portfolio to Greek customers.
Due to a precipitous lockdown in early November, only 30 to 40 visitors were able to attend (growers, processors, retailers, distributors, food chain partners and marketers, nurseries).
They took a tour of the field to see varieties such as Broccoli (Parthenon F1, Ares F1, Triton F1, etc.) and Cabbage (Grandslam F1, Powerslam F1, Goldenslam F1, etc.)

All measures were taken and respected to protect the health of the visitors: the entire event was held outside and the participants were divided into small groups in keeping with the current Covid regulations in Greece.
