Barenbrug was elected one of the best companies to work for in Brazil. This was the outcome of the ‘Great Place to Work’ (GPTW) survey for companies with 30 to 99 employees. The ranking awarded 100 companies and, among the best multinationals. Barenbrug won the 7th place.

The award ceremony took place in São Paulo on July 2. Companies from more than 30 different Brazilian sectors attended the ceremony. Barenbrug was represented by Alvaro Peixoto, general manager and Gustavo Aguiar, marketing coordinator and Mauro Ortolani, plant Manager. 'Being a great place to work means a lot. Thus, we can accomplish our mission and increase our customers satisfaction', says Mr. Peixoto.

The survey evaluates the company's level of trust in relation to the work environment and the best practicesof people management. The results for the evaluation are obtained through a form applied to the employees, in a voluntary, confidential and anonymous way.
